Here we are once again at the beginning of a new week.
It is time to share with you all the things I did NOT do.
That's right...it is time for Not me! Monday.
I did not spend the majority of my week preparing for the weekend.
I did not clean, organize, shop and cook so my family would survive my absence.
I did not spend the other part of my week at a basketball court.
I do not enjoy watching Chase play basketball.
Nope, not me!
I did not leave on Friday for a girls weekend at the beach.
I would never do that.
My parents are not the best in the world for keeping the kids.
The weather was not perfect.
I did not scrapbook, rest, eat, talk, laugh, or walk on the beach this weekend.
Did I mention eat?
I did not almost wet my pants fifty different times from laughing.
I did not get teased and picked on for my blogging and twittering addictions.
I never threatened to "blog about that" or "tweet about that".
Nope, not once.
I did not need this weekend for my sanity.
It did not help.
I am not thrilled to be home and I do not feel like a new woman.

Well it sounds like you are over the plaque and had a great weekend.
I am Not jealous.... no not me.
I used to love going on scrapbooking get-aways.... I should get a group together and do it again. Next time can I go with you???

Oh....great weather, good company, scrapbooking and food. What more can you ask for?
I am horrified to hear that you had such a horrible weekend! I hope it is a very long time before you get to do that again - because what mom needs a weekend girls' getaway at the beach?
(btw, that was all my take on "not me monday", not so sure how great I am at it)

Seriously, glad you had a wonderful time and enjoyed yourself. We all need those breaks to refuel.
Wow-sounds like you DID NOT have a good time...not not at all!
So jealous of that girls weekend! I really need one, especially after dealing with a THIRD dose of the stomach bug in our house and this time I got it too! I would seriously pay good money for spring to arrive tomorrow!
