SELFISH LITTLE ME!!!

It seems that I may have upset a few of you.

I didn't announce my vacation until that last line of my 100th post.

I gave you no warning.

It took you completely by surprise.

I was simply trying to listen to my husband.

For once.

He was a little disturbed that I announced we were going out of town for three days a few weeks ago.

He wasn't sure that was very smart.

To let the whole world wide web know we were leaving.

I tried to tell him he had nothing to fear.

He seemed to have a few.

I think he thought there might be some crazed Mommy blog stalkers waiting to come to my house when I was gone.

What did he think they might do?

Mess up my pantry?

Put the sweet corn in with the asparagus?

De alphabetize my spices?

Mix the colored clothes with the whites?

I shudder to think.

So, I am sorry.

I was only thinking of myself .

I will try to give you a little more warning next time.

Forgive me?

You are forgiven. (at least by me...can't speak for everyone else)

Of course you are forgiven.

Now just hurry up and tell us all about your adventures!

I knew & I still didn't go ransack your spices. (Why didn't I think of that? It could have been fun. hehe)

Hope you had a good time & we'd love to see pictures.

I'll be out of town for a couple of days.....hope no one decides to ransack my house - oh wait. It looks like they already did!

Ha! My husband has issues with my blogging too. "Too much personal stuff" I have to hear it over and over. Oh well, nothing has happened yet! Those mommies are crazy people though, I'm glad you erred on the side of caution!

Do you think the mommy blogger stalkers wear black outfits and masks when they come in to wreak their havoc?

Tell Chad that NC is a LONG ways away from alot of your "regular stalkers" and air fare is expensive! hee hee!!

You are forgiven and can't wait to hear the details! :)

If I broke into your house it would ONLY be to de-alphabetize your spices. And to borrow a cup of sugar.

Hope your vacation was FABULOUS.

I just returned from two weeks ago and didn't let anyone know, either. Don't know what kind of stalker types are out there.

Or should I not flatter myself. :-)

You get a freebie, but just this one time.

Oh, what I could have done with your pantry!

OMG...we are married to the same man...he is convinced that someone is stalking me and will come take my kids after they learn all about my life and what happens...thinks they will use it to kidnap them....

Hilarious, you are!

"De alphabetize my spices?" You know, I shouldn't laugh at that...I am sure there are some roving Mommy Blog lurkers that would totally destroy your spices organization...and hide the minced garlic. Perish the thought!

In answer to Jen's comment...we wear black high heels and the classic little black dress....
